Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, CON, has nominated members of the State Judicial Service Commission.

The nominees are: Hon. (Mrs) Akinseloyin Florence Omolola; Jombo Omofunmilewa J, Esq, and Adeniyan Olatunji Stanley.

Their names have been forwarded to the State House of Assembly for confirmation.

In a letter addressed to the Speaker of the House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Bamidele Oleyelogun, Governor Akeredolu said the request is in exercise of the power conferred on him as the Governor of the State by section 197 and Part II (C) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (As Amended) and section 2 of the Judicial Service Commission Law 2006.

The Governor urged the lawmakers to give timely consideration and approval to his request.
