Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa was at Ondo East/West and Ile-Oluji-Oke-Igbo council areas in continuation of his campaign tour of the eighteen local government areas of the state ahead of the governorship primary election.

At all the locations , the campaign train was received with joy by thousands of party supporters .

At Ile-Oluji, Governor Ayedatiwa welcome large defectors from other parties to the APC

While at Osemawe”s palace in Ondo ,Oba Victor Kiladejo commended the governor for the approval of funds for the UNIMED medical center.

At Oke-Igbo and Ile/Oluji both , APC chieftain , Mr Matthew Mato and the Jegun of Ile Oluji Oba Olufaderin Adetimehin Appreciated the governor and appealed for the completion of road construction in the towns and prayed for the governor’s success .

Addressing the gatherings , Governor Aiyedatiwa appreciated the overwhelming support from party members,monarchs and solicited more support ahead of the state party primary promising more developmental projects in areas such as health, security and infrastructure development.

He commiserated with the people of Oke-Igbo over the demise of Oba Lawrence Babajide and promised a transparent selection process of a new monarch.

Dignitaries on the governor’s entourage included Senator Ajayi Borofice, secretary to the state government Mr Tayo Oluwatuyi,former education commissioner Pastor Femi Agagu, Ambassador Sola Iji,Mrs Lọla Fagbemi among others.
