GOVERNOR AIYEDATIWA HELD A CRUCIAL MEETING WITH THE 18 APC CHAIRMANSHIP CANDIDATES IN AKURE
Ahead of the forthcoming Local Government Poll in the State on January 18, 2025, his excellency Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State yesterday December 15th, 2024 held a crucial Meeting at the Government House in Akure, the State capital with all the Chairmanship party(APC) Candidates in all the 18 LG Areas of Ondo State.
The main purpose of the crucial meeting centres on the strategic plans of the Party to ensure a landslide victory just like the Party recorded in the recently concluded Governorship Election in Ondo State; vital issues on preparation geared towards campaign across the Local Government Areas were seriously deliberated upon.
Moreover, all the Chairmanship Candidates were strongly advised to start engaging Party Leaders, Party Members and other APC Stakeholders on the LG Election , comong up soon.The incoming LG Chairmen expressed confidence in the leadership of Governor Aiyedatiwa, promising to commence a fruitful consultation and strategic engagement with notable Party Leaders and Members ahead of the forthcoming LG Poll. All the Chairmanship Candidates were in attendance for the meeting.
At the end, the ilaje LG Chairmanship Candidate Hon Amona Maurice Oripenaye popularly called ARAH copiously thanked the Executive Governor of Ondo State for having a crucially strategic Meeting with him and his Colleagues from other LGAs to strategize, devise and discuss LG Poll Progress. In the same vein, he appreciated all his Colleages for attending such a crucial meaningful engagement with Mr Governor in the State Capital, Akure.
