It is with great pleasure that the House of Representatives extends its heartfelt congratulations to BudgIT on the launch of the Tracka 2023/2024 Project Tracking Report. The insights presented in this report are invaluable. By tracking over 1,400 projects across 25 states, with a total allocation of ₦282 billion, it provides a data-driven foundation to assess the efficiency of public service delivery and the impact of government projects. These statistics underscore the vital role that civic oversight plays in promoting government accountability.
In the 10th National Assembly, we recognize that effective governance is a collaborative effort. Citizens, civil society, and the private sector must all play an active role in complementing legislative oversight.
