The Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Ondo State, Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan, received the members of the Executive Council of Akure Reform Ambassadors, ARA, at his office today, Thursday 18 January 2024, in Governor’s Office, Alagbaka, Akure, the Ondo State capital.

Comrade Tunde Fadairo, the Vice President of Akure Reform Ambassadors, ARA, who led other Exco members of the body to pay a courtesy visit to Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan, the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Ondo State, who also doubles as the President of Akure Reform Ambassadors, prayed God in His infinite mercy to grant the CPS a successful tenure. He, however, advised the CPS to do all his possible best to contribute immensely to the growth of Akure land in particular and the state in general. He pledged, on behalf of the association, continued support for the success of his office and added the association would keep the CPS in their prayers always.

The Secretary of Akure Reform Ambassadors, Engr Alejo Olatunde, corroborated the submissions of the vice president of the body and further appreciated God on behalf of the president.

Responding, Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan, heartily appreciated the members of the Executive Council of ARA for the courtesy visit and for their unflinching support. He further extended his appreciation to the entire members of ARA and Akure land for their support and congratulatory messages on his recent appointment by the Ondo State Governor, Hon Lucky Aiyedatiwa. The CPS, as a token of appreciation, announced the appointment of one of the ARA Executive members, Mr Olatunji Adanri, as his unofficial Special Assistant on Community Relations, with immediate effect. Prince Adeniyan also hinted that he would be purchasing 20 JAMB forms at the end of the month of January for students whose parents were of poor background in Akure. He, however, charged his executive to come up with names of those to be benefited in the kind gesture. He pledged that the impact of his office would be felt positively both in his town and the state.

Comrade Goke Williams, the Public Secretary of Akure Reform Ambassadors, who gave the votes of thanks, thanked God Almighty for making the event a huge success. He equally appreciated the Governor of Ondo State, Hon Lucky Aiyedatiwa, for appointing Prince Adeniyan, describing his appointment as a round peg in a round hole. He thanked the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor for his continuous generous deeds and for receiving them despite his tight schedules. Comr Goke prayed for higher political elevations for him.

One of the highlights of the visit was a presentation of gift by the ARA Executive to Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan.

Akure Reform Ambassadors is known for community development; the most recent is the dole out of many chickens for some Akure residents to celebrate the Christmas last month.

Signed
Comrade Goke Williams
Public Secretary, ARA
