He disclosed this to the Press men during the service of songs organised by the children and other family members of the deceased, in her residence in Akure. He described his in-law as a caring mother, as she stood by him during the time he lost his mother. He advised the Children to replicate the good gesture and virtue of their mother. In another development, Mrs Funmilayo Famuti Edu’s niece described her aunt as a disciplinarian, hardworking woman and not a lazy mother. She said there was nothing her aunt could not give out to people. She said mama loves people to be around her as she was an outgoing person and that she liked to be with people. She said that she would miss the hard work her aunt taught her and that she learnt from her  how to give out to the needy and helping people in the society. She said there is benefits to be kind hearted and that it was not good for a woman to be lazy.
