Special Adviser to the governor on gender Olamide Fálànà has said that women are home builders. She said this in Akure when officials of Nigeria Association of Women Journalists NAWOJ, Ondo State Chapter organized a Valentine’s day parley for female Journalists in the state.

She Stressed the role of women as home builders, and their place in reigniting love in society regardless of the various challenges confronting the nation. Mrs Falana was of the opinion that women still performed their roles as home builders despite the huge responsibilities or task that are facing them in the cost of doing their jobs. , and more so their place in reigniting love in society regardless of the various challenges confronting the nation are still intact.

In her address to the Female Journalists, special adviser to the Governor on Gender, Olamide Fálànà brought to the consciousness of the women the pivotal obligations they owe family units and society and the need to spark up their love for their families which in turn would transmit to the larger society.

Exponent Magazine News-Online reports that the central message at the programme was Love, Peace and Unity among various Families .

In the same vein, the Chairperson of the NAWOJ, Tola Gbadamosi in her response said women Journalists in the state are not deterred by their Busy schedules as they are here to share in the love that comes with the Valentine season. Tola Gbadamosi, while stating the essence and importance of the gathering said it is to remind the women of their worth in society stressing the need for them to always relate in Love.

In another development, The Acting Permanent Secretary Ministry of Information, Toyin Olusile Commended the Female Journalists for the Initiative. according to her, engagements of such will influence a virile society. Speaking further, the AG PS said the Agape love should continue among the ladies as women do love very well in order to hold their family tight in unity and oneness. She advised that such love should be extended to other Vulnerable women in the society and others who are facing one challenge or the other in their matrimonial home .she asked the women to celebrate themselves in respective of what they are passing through because there is a light after the tunnel.
