Ondo State Entrepreneurship Agency -Ondea , has declared this year 2024 business summit open. The event which took place at the International Cultural Events Center (Dome) was put together by the Summy Smart Francis who is the special Adviser to the Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa with his vibrant team drew various entrepreneurship together across the globe .

The  first speaker, Tope Mark Odige who is a real Estate Expert has advised the people to dreams, decides and take action in order to fulfill their dreams. She said the entrepreneurs  should try as much as possible to take action upon whatever business plans they have written. She asked them to be a duer and be innovative in their ideas.  She said every entrepreneurs has to be dedicated and be focused  as  well as fight for what belongs to them and should not give up to their dreams. She said  as an entrepreneurs “You will stand your ground and you should not sleep as challenges could happen anytime ”  She said an entrepreneurs should be detailed in whatever they are doing and should always pay attention to their business..

Similarly, she advised them to learn how to delegate their duties and functions to some of their workers whenever they have grew to a large extent and follow the principles of entrepreneurship ” 8 Letter D” which means  dream, detailed,decisive, doers, delegate, determine, dedicated and delete nepotism, corruption, tribalism and religion sentiment if you want to grow”.
