ONDO 2024: Gov’ Aiyedatiwa Flags Off Campaign Train In Igbara-Oke, Receives Olowa’s Blessing

Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa began his campaign tour to the 18 local government area ahead of the 2024 All progressives congress governorship APC primaries with a visit to Igbara-Oke in Ifedore local government area of Ondo state.

The governor firstly paid homage to the palace of the Olowa of Igbara-Oke where he was recieved by Oba Francis Agbede,the Onibuji of Ibuj oba Folagbade Ojo and other monarchs in the area.

Governor Aiyedatiwa, while addressing the monarchs, said since his assumption of office, his administration has sustained peaceful society and ordered contractors back to site.

He also mentioned his efforts at constructing new roads with the ongoing rural road leading farms to towns to boast agriculture.

Responding, the Olowa of Igbara-Oke, commended Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa for his transformation programme, describing him as a preforming governor.

Oba Agbede described governor Aiyedatiwa as a grassroot politician who has all that it takes to govern the state.

The monarch said governor Aiyedatiwa is an ordained governor and assured continues prayers for the governor.

Also while addressing party members at the premier hotel and resort Igbara-Oke, Governor Aiyedatiwa urged them to support his ambition towards all round development of the state.

Governor Aiyedatiwa also announced that he had paid the annual due of one hundred and ten thousand members ahead of upcoming governorship primaries.

Among those who were present at the campaign included Senator Ajayi Borofice and other party’s loyalist,house of rep member Abiola Makinde, former Nigeria ambassador to Togo Ambassador Sola Iji,Alhaji Jamiu Ekungba among other.
