Prof. Boroffice, a former Deputy Leader of the Senate and former Director General of the National Space Research and Development Agency, is an illustrious statesman who has contributed his quota to the development of Ondo State and Nigeria.

The Governor, while congratulating the APC chieftain on attaining such feat in good health and active service to the society, appreciates him deeply for his selflessness and contributions to grassroots development.

In his birthday message, Governor Aiyedatiwa says “Distinguished Senator (Professor) Ajayi Boroffice is tall in every sense of the word. He is a man who has risen through thick and thin to the pinnacle of his career. He is one man who has seen it all.

“Prof. Boroffice is a great man by all standards. I appreciate him for his immeasurable contributions to the development of Ondo State and Nigeria. His impacts on space science in Nigeria and Africa remain indelible.

“At 75, we can only thank God for the life of the Distinguished Senator as we wish him more strength and sound health to witness more years in the land of the living.

“Happy 75th birthday, Sir.”

Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan,
Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Ondo State.
