This your so-called Aseyori thing will not withstand the personality of Agbo Ola which he created allover the place in our senatorial district. Let me tell you, Agbo started his politics right from the grassroots as councillor where he made his political impacts felt hugely in Kiribou and its environ. He later became Chairman of Ese Odo LG and his four year tenure was full of activities in terms infrastructural advancements of the local government areas. It was his tenure that various terms associated with development of humanity held sway. For instance, everybody became a contractor and had impacts in his government. The terms like mobilization fee, regular payment of contract sum in part became commonly used as he, Agbo Ola was given out contracts to our people irrespective of status in the society. He was so loved by our people that they urged him to aspire further to represent them at the level of Ilaje/ Ese Odo federal constituency which he actualized and became Chairman house committee on nddc. His chairmanship of the committee on nddc acted as a catalyst to the development of the two L G which made him one of the foremost politicians in the constituency. Mind you, apart from his popularity in his Local government areas, he is also well loved amongst the people of Ikaleland due to the fact that he’s resident in Okitipupa where he has been able to relate and identify with the people. I must confess to you that Ikaleland is the second home of Agbo considering his connections with the people. Most of the former council chairmen of the six local councils in the south senatorial district in his time and beyond, such as Ayerin that recently decamped from apc to the pdp will work assiduously with him to win the election. Agbo extended his political tentacles beyond his three traditional stronghold when he became Deputy Governor of the state and was able to relate with so many political leaders that will assist him to win in Odigbo, Ileoluji/Okeigbo and Irele. Agbo will definitely have nothing less than 60% victory in overall including Okitipupa local government area. He, Agbo knows his followers and his followers know him as a consistent leader that will not disappoint them. If you ask him to mention 50 leaders offhand in all the six local govt areas, he will not hesitate to reel them out instantly. This is no doubt, an added tremendously advantage that Agbo will enjoy in the election. Based on the above factors, pdp`s victory is sure.
