The people of Akoko North-East/Akoko North-West Federal Constituency came out in there large number to cast their votes to their preferred candidates during the bye election conducted by INEC. An APC Chieftains Evangelist Emmanuel Asagunla who spoke with Journalists on the field said he gave pass mark to the INEC staff as they supply the election materials on time as early as 7am in the morning.


He said there was no cause for alarm as people turned out in their large number to cast their votes. According, to him, he said the APC candidate would win the election based on the party commitment to the development of the Constituency.
Asagunla who casted his vote in unit 7 said the election was orderly as people were trooping in and out to exercise their franchise. He said he would give pass mark to the INEC as their BVAS are working perfectly without any problem on like in the previous election where their adhoc staff have issues with the devices on the field . He applauded  them for making election less Cuba some for the electorates .

A visit to some polling units in Akoko North-East /Akoko Nort- West like Oke-Agbe, PU 12, Oyin Oge Ward 4, PU 2,  Ward PU 7, Ilepa  lokoja I, PU 3 and so on , voting were going on without problem as electorates came out to cast their votes .

The security were on ground to monitored the situation. While the INEC official team too did not rest on their own as there convoys were fully on the ground  moving from one location to another to see things for themselves.
