The Honourable representing Akure South constituency 1 in Ondo State House of Assembly has expressed his satisfaction for fulfilling part of his campaign promises to his people following his one year in office .
Honourable Oguntodu, who is the Minority Leader of Ondo State House of Assembly and Chairman, House Committee on Youths & Sports, while presenting his one year scorecard anniversary to Exponent Magazine News-Online said he had been able to impacted members of his Constituency by giving most his people particularly students scholarships across the communities under his domain or jurisdiction.
Speaking further, Johnson Oguntodu explained that apart from the scholarship, he has been able to provided some aides to many businesses for them them to thrive and able to support others within the family and environment where the business operates.
Similarly, the honorable explained how he has been able to paid for about 100 students who enrolled in the last JAMB to assisted some of the indigents and brilliant students whose parents could not afford to pay for their ward educational fees for them to take the examinations that would take them into higher Institutions..Other areas of support included the payment for the lesson fees of some students in the Constituency .
While explaining, Honorable Johnson Oguntodu harps on how he has rendered assistance to some of the communities he represented. His words ” We supported Oke iya community in ijoka road with cash to power on their transformer.We supported another community in ijoka road with cash to build a police post.We installed solar street lights”.
The Honourable said with all these little assistants God had been able to help him achieved for his people, he said he knows that in the years ahead things would be more better than this . He however assured his people to keep on supporting him with prayer as he promised to delivered the dividends of democracy to his people at all times.
