Anniversary: My Struggles for Creating Chapel Yield Success – CPS
By Exponent News, Akure | 22nd June 2025

The former Secretary of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Ondo State Council, Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan—now Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Ondo State, His Excellency Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa—has expressed satisfaction that his long-standing efforts in the establishment of the Federated Chapel of the NUJ, Ondo State Council, have not been in vain, as the Chapel continues to thrive under the leadership of Alaba Aliu, the current chairman.

Prince Adeniyan made this known during the 10th Anniversary of the Chapel, where awards and recognitions were conferred on distinguished personalities in society. He stated that he was particularly pleased with the progress recorded by the executive members of the association. According to him, the Chapel has produced three individuals who have served as aides to the Governor in various capacities, which is a testament to the Chapel’s steady advancement.
