The Federal Government Girls College Akure, has conducted her Parents Teachers Association-PTA election of which Mrs Olaleye Iyabode was elected as the new treasurer of the association. In a brief interview with Exponent News , Mrs Olaleye said she was very grateful to God Almighty and the parents of the institution for voting her to represent the association and the school in her capacity as the new treasurer of the P.T.A. In her words “Yes, this is Mrs. Olaleye Iyabode Elizabeth, the new elected treasurer of Federal Government College, Akure. She talked about the strategies she used in winning the election to be her integrity .”  All I know is it’s good to be good. When you are good, definitely people will love you and people will talk about you. I believe it’s my integrity that brought me here. That’s all I can say”

In another development, Mrs Olaleye said parents are expecting her best in the responsibility bestowed on her. ”  The parents are expecting the best from me. I will be taking good care of the kids, working with the management to give the best. They need my cooperation.

She said with the help of God  and her team as well as  the management all the challenges facing the Children  would be addressed. “Yes, with the help of my team and the management, I think we  will deliver.  No matter the challenges, I believe God is there for us. By God’s grace, with the help of my team, the management and the parents, I believe we can do something.
