The Bishop who was represented at the Conference by the Dean of Ikare Deanery, Rev. Fr. Victor Alubiagba said it is only when men do the right things at home that he can replicate such in the society.

According to the Bishop, it is when the home front is well settled that men can perform actively well in the Church.
He called on all men to always take responsibility for the welfare and wellbeing of thier families.

Earlier in his address to men at the Conference, the Chaplain of Catholic Men Organisation in the Diocese, Very Rev. Fr. John Fawohunre called on men to be just in whatever they do.
He said once a man is just, he will be clothed in integrity.

Fr. Fawohunre said what men does should reveal them as children of God.He admonished them to be generous in praising God, in return for His love for mankind.

In his welcome address, the Diocesan President of Catholic Men Organisation thanked all delegates for making it to the Conference.
He called on them to make good use of all admonitions at the Conference to better their relationship with both thier families and the Church.
