Rector Urges Unity, Moderation in Easter Message to Nigerians

3rd April, 2026

The Rector of Federal Polytechnic, Ile-Oluji, Ondo State, Dr. Ademola Iyanda Ebeloku, has called on Nigerians to embrace unity, love, and moderation as Christians across the country mark this year’s Easter celebration.
In his Easter goodwill message to the polytechnic community and the nation, Ebeloku congratulated Christians within the institution and nationwide, noting that the season symbolizes sacrifice, love, and redemption through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
He urged members of the institution and Nigerians at large to rise above prevailing challenges, strengthen their faith, and promote peaceful coexistence by adhering to the teachings of Christ, particularly the principle of loving one’s neighbour.
The Rector also emphasized the need to build bridges of unity, compassion, and service, while celebrating the festive period responsibly.
He wished the polytechnic community and all Nigerians a joyful Easter celebration, accompanied by God’s blessings and divine grace.
