Ododo said the Rector’s attributes reflected the leadership ideals exemplified by the late Sir Ahmadu Bello, the Sardauna of Sokoto.
In his acceptance speech, Ebeloku described the triple recognition as a great honour and a call to greater responsibility.
He said the awards would inspire him to remain committed to responsible leadership and the development of Nigerian youths.
“I accept this honour not as a personal achievement, but as a challenge to remain an epitome of hope and a true vanguard of good leadership for our teeming Nigerian youths,” he said.
The Rector noted that the efforts of the Federal Polytechnic, Ile-Oluji, in promoting good governance, youth development, academic excellence and national unity were gaining recognition beyond the institution.
He assured the Northern youths that he would uphold the confidence reposed in him and remain dedicated to integrity, responsible leadership and service to humanity.
Ebeloku dedicated the honours to Almighty God and acknowledged the support and guidance of the Minister of Education and the Executive Secretary of the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE).
He also appreciated the Governing Council, management, staff and students of the Federal Polytechnic, Ile-Oluji, for their support, while acknowledging his family for their prayers and encouragement.
