May 27 is a day globally set aside to celebrate children across the world.

Rt Hon Olagundoye, in a congratulatory message personally signed by him expressed his admiration for all the wonderful children in Ondo State, Nigeria and all over the world, charging them to remain purposeful and responsible as they are the glory and hope of our Nation.

Olagundoye said: “On this special day, commemorating the annual Children’s Day celebration, It gives me great Joy to identify with our children across the world.

“Without mincing words, children are divine blessing and invaluable assets to their immediate families and the Society at large; mortgaging their interests is therefore tantamount to toeing the path of extinction

“I urge you to remain focussed and be worthy ambassadors of your respective families. Shun acts of indiscipline, social immorality and other anti-social vices which can eternally truncate your lofty aspirations

“Special commendation to our parents, guardians, teachers and other caregivers for their tremendous and unquantifiable roles that have positively impacted the lives of these promising children”.

While sending a clarion call to everyone to collectively join hands to kick out all forms of violence and inhuman treatment against children, Rt Hon. Olagundoye appealed to parents and guardians to continually instill positive societal values into their children and wards.

E-Signed:

*Kerry Taiwo*

*Director, Strategic Communication Council(SCC)*

*Adeleke Collins Olagundoye Campaign Organization(ACOCO)*
