The Coordinator of the Coalition of the Nigeria Youths and Security Affairs, Ondo State Chapter, Prince Adesewa Adesina has said Police can not be everywhere.

He disclosed this during an interview with the News men in the just concluded Security Summit that comprises all the heads of the Security Agencies in the state. The event which took place at the Dome, in Akure , Ondo State Capital had in attendance heads of all tthe top security Agencies in the state and other government functionaries.

Adesina who said the main purpose of organising the summit was for them to bring all the heads of the Paramilitary and other top security Agencies together to come and talk on the importance of the security to both their fellow and others people in the state for them to be Security conscious .

While explaining, Adesina said the main reason why the organization was formed was for them to complement the efforts of the Mother Security Agencies in combating the insecurity in our Communities as Police can not be everywhere in handling the security challenge in the Country.

According to him, the organization had been recognised through out the world as an organization that would be rendering assistance in the areas of curbing the crimes across the state and the country at large .

Adesina believed that the volunteering organization like Man-O-war, MOB in the Catholic, and Peace Corps.et.c are everywhere and as such it would be very easy for them to bring down the issue of insecurity to a bearest minimum and assist in intelligence gathering and also create an awareness of the security ideologies even in the mind of the kindergarten if only could engaged their services.

He advocated for the organization of a security awareness programme in both the secondary school and Tertiary Institutions for people to know that crime is not good.

He said there was no way a single person can involved in a perfect crime that he would not be single out one day by the intelligent security people.
He however, thanked God for the success of the program and all the people especially the Youths that graced the occasion.
