In the spirit of yuletide celebration of Christmas, the management and the Staff of Crest 106.1 FM, located at Alagbaka, Akure, Ondo State, has deem it fit to give thanks to God Almighty, for starting well with them from the beginning of this year to the last month of the year. It’s a moment of Joy, happiness, and celebration with thanksgiving to their Maker. The programme which took place at the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Beautiful Gate parish, where people gathered to appreciate their God for helping them to survive the hustle and bustle of the year .
The words of exhortation from the Man of God, Pastor Asubiojo Oladele, was for the people to start preparing themselves in order to meet with the Lord, as this world is full of sin and that Christ is coming back soon. He said Jesus Christ was a symbol of humility, that does the work of his Father with humility. He said life without Christ is in crisis, he called people to repent from their evil doings as Christ would be coming to take away those who does his will.
The managing Director of the Crest 106.1 FM, Mr Adeolu Gboyega, thanked God on behalf of the staffs for His support since four years ago to this moment. He said God had helped them to extend their tentacles beyond Ondo State. He said the fire accident that happened to station was able to be managed through the help of God. He said since he had took over, things had been going well with the station and with the Staffs, as God had been supporting them and he thanked all the audience for their support.
