Take This Exercise Very Seriously -Dr Esan

The Head of the civil service of the Federation Dr Folasade Esan, has urged the potential offices on Senior Grade Level 14 who are due for Directorate cadre to take the online pre-promotion training very seriously. Dr Esan who was represented by the Permanent Secretary, career management office, Mr Adeoye Adeleye Ayodeji in an opening ceremony said the Head of civil service was pleased to collaborate with the civil service commission headed by the Chairman Prof. Tunji Oloba who had given an approval to the exercise to commense..
According to her, the programme was put together for the purpose of providing an online training for the offers that are due for the promotion to Directorate cadre for them to cope with the trend of the modern technology in order for them to perform optimally in their career.
The programme would span to four weeks starting from today 22nd March to end on Wednesday 17th April. Three weeks would be dedicated for rigorous online training which would be carried out by some professional resource person and the remaining one week will be for assessment online.
Speaking further, Dr Folasade said all participants are to complied with the guidelines set for the programme. While office of the head of civil service are to bear the initial cost of the programme . She explained that it’s expected from all the participants to scale through in the assessment and officers that would not make it can still have the opportunity to do the programme again but it would be at his own cost. Thereafter, the programme was declared opened.
