Religion: Your Brain Is Too Small To Understand God– Adeboye

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye has said that the human brain is too small to understand what God can do whenever He decides to lift up someone and change their status from penury level to a success stage in life .
Adeboye who said this when delivering his sermon on Divine wings at the Church’s thanksgiving service in the month of November, 2024, said God could carry a man on His wings to any length in life without complaining on like a man who would do the same thing and start to complain of tiredness about the support rendered.
Adeboye said when God carries you, sickness would not come near you and no enemies would dare touch you because such person is under the protection of God Almighty. Taking his texts from the book of Isaiah 40 vs 28-31, speaking on ” Divine wings ” he advised people to keep on moving and making progress in life rather than remaining on a spot without making any progress. He said when God carries you, you would be higher above poverty.
While speaking, Pastor, Enoch Adeboye said a slothful person would suffer poverty and however advised people to be dutiful in their business and not be lazy in order to make progress in life.
In another development, Pastor E.A Adeboye identified some of the benefits a man could enjoy if they allowed God to carry them in life. He said when God carried king David, the latter was able to run faster with his visions and was made king over the people and God supported him all through his reigns without even looking at his sins.
He also explained that when people surrenders themselves to God to carry them, they would enjoy strength from HIM and they would not be weary as the Lord would keep on increasing their strength till the end.
Similarly, the man of God also explained that those that were crawling on daily activities were amounted to a waster because such people didn’t rely on God to carry them on His wings. He said a slothful person would suffer hunger as it was described from the book of Proverbs 18vs9, God doesn’t want people to be crawling as He hates the idea.
While explaining, Adeboye said God could make a nobody to be a somebody in life. A case study of the Jesse family was sited in the Bible in 1 Samuel 16 -11-13 , and God made David a King over the Israelites. This was to show you that He could do anything He wants to do in the life of the poor family background. He asked people to submit their lives to God in order for Him to carry them beyond the place they didn’t dream of getting to in life.
