Dr. Adeolu Efotan, a Director of civil litigation , Ondo State Ministry of Justice has described pastor Asonja, the newly sworn in permanent Secretary in Ondo as a Diligent man and hardworking fellow. Describing the celebrant during an interview with the Pressmen at the event held in honour of the Pastor Asonja in Akure, Dr. Efotan said the celebrant was a well known to him right from home in Ilaje as they both attended Ilaje Grammar School in Atijere in the early ’80s together with the present Ondo State Head of service.
Exponent Magazine News-Online gathered that the celebrant and Dr. Efotan were both graduated from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile -Ife ,Osun State. According to him, he said Asonja studied English Language in the University. He described him to be a hard working man and a fearer of God Almighty. His words ‘ … I will described him as an instrument of the most high God because when we are in the Secondary School ,they are the type we called SU-(Scription Union) ..”

In another development, Dr. Efotan explained that he was not surprised that Mr Asonja reached the pinnacle of his career in the civil service because he had been a lover of God right from the secondary school. He therefore, thanked God for His mercy upon his life.
