Stay Away from Sin, It’s A Destroyer -Pst Adeboye

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye has advised his congregations to abstained from the sin . He said it is a destroyer of human destiny.Speaking during the Church service at the monthly thanksgiving of the organization, he encouraged the people to believe in Jesus Christ as he was the only Messiah that comes to saved them from any internal and external aggression. 
The Man of God who spoke on shield of favour took his text from the book of Psalms 5 vs 12 which read ” For thou, Lord, wilt bless the righteous ,with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield” he latter broke down the theme into two which was Shield and Favour. Defining shield as something that protect you from the attacks of the enemies . He explained further how God was able to protect those that walked with Him with pure heart and mind as he saved them from the attacks of the enemies and other dangerous things.
Explaining favour as something you get without deserving it. He said it’s an invisible force like an electricity which one could not see but when is at work you would see it, that something is happening. Using Joseph as one of the person that received favour of God, in the land of Egypt, Adeboye said abstained from the sin is the key to receive favour from our Creator. He said when God favours someone people would be asking how are you doing it .
Favour causes you to succeed while others are failing and it singles you out and make you to be outstanding in nature.Gen 37 vs 3-11 ,the account of Joseph was told there as favour gave him ahead to succeed. He said one of the reasons why we are still alive today was because God has favoured us as enemies from our families didn’t want us to be alive.
