Crime: Ondo Amotekun Parades 27 Suspects.

Ondo State Security Network Agency codename Amotekun has paraded twenty seven suspects who committed various crimes in different locations in the State. Parading the Suspects today at the headquarters of the Agency in Akure, the state capital, Akogun Adetunj Adeleye said today we have a twenty seven suspects were paraded who have been terrorizing the state for long. Akogun Adeleye who categorized the general security of the state into twelve categories which includes first law and order or braken of law and order recorded twenty seven suspects. Second, the pending and enforcement recorded none crime, land and Chieftancy matter ,no infraction. He said labour union, there was no problem. Anti grazing cum Farmers clashes recorded just five cases and it was resolved amicably as the elders in the community volunteer to paid for the cost of what the suspects destroyed to the owners of the farm and that of the fine meant for the government for infringement
Other categories of the crime as classified by the Amotekun Commandant are human trafficking and students affairs, militancy activities recorded zero cases. While on political activities experienced peace in the entire eighteen local government despite the fact that other political parties have engaged in a massive political rally in the state as the Agency didn’t recorded any problems in this regards. Akogun Adeleye also said there was no problem on both the religion and cultism activities in the state .
According to him, the uniqueness of today parade was that, apart from the little cases , about two or three kidnapping incidents at the boarder of Ondo State in Akunnu Akoko, Kogi -Ondo where we have two cases of kidnapping, and also in Ose boarder , Edo, Ondo where we have one cases in last two weeks and we can say that the entire eighteen local government is at peace.
In the long run, Akogun Adetunji Adeleye said the over all tune of the security in the state was peaceful and community friendly. His words ” … generally speaking I want to place on record that Ondo State is peaceful and community friendly, investment friendly and Farmers are encouraged to go to farm as the Amotekun Rangers are already in the Farms across the state especially in the government reserves farm to ensure that there are no infringement “.
A CASE OF MURDER
In another development, Akogun Adeleye explained that apart from this package of security protection the Agency has for the good people of the state, that apart from what the security process in the state was telling us, there were still cases of House breaking , looting of people’s items, domestics violence and stealing of people’s property among the suspected criminals were recorded.
Adeleye said today we have a 30years old man who engaged in a malicious damage, cultism and attempted murder of law enforcement Agent . While a 42 years old man who attacked Amotekun Corp officer in a bite to covered his nefarious activities by the name Gbenro. Also a suspect Samuel Peter , 21 years old man whole engaged in an attempted murder. Also, there was a suspect Akintade Friday 25 years old who outrightly murder and killed a 65 years old man was apprehended.
CASES OF ROBBERY AND STEALING
In the same vein, the Commandant narrow down the crime to one Segun Owolabi ,a 21 years old who specializes in stealing and robbery of people’s Motorcycles and disposses them, the man was also arrested.
According to him, another suspect who was arrested were involved in the buggling and breaking of the People’s Houses and stealing their property most especially when the owners of those Houses were not around or traveled. Toba Pelumi and Ogunmade Oriade whose age bracket rangings between 22-25 years were specialist in this cases of evil Acts.
Also, a suspect Segun Yusuf who engages in malicious damage of House hold properties and some of the items were displayed before the suspects on the parade ground for people to see
Akogun Adeleye assured the good people of Ondo State that his gallant officers and men would continue engaging the criminals both within the town and in the forest towards ensuring that people can sleep with their two eyes closed in the House, and Farmers can go to their farms while the commuters can traveled especially during this Yelutide seasons we about entrying without fear .
Items recovered from the suspects include baby pampers , generator, plate , mattress and others houses utensils..
