VC Reaffirms Commitment to Excellence at OAUSTECH’s 14th Matriculation Ceremony

During the 14th Matriculation Ceremony of Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology (OAUSTECH) held on February 19, 2025, Vice-Chancellor Prof. Temi Ologunorisa delivered a firm message to newly-admitted students, reaffirming the institution’s commitment to academic excellence.
In a statement released by the OAUSTECH Directorate of Information, Protocol and Public Relations explained that the Vice Chancellor assured the students that OAUSTECH offers world-class education, backed by state-of-the-art facilities and a highly skilled faculty, ensuring their success both locally and globally.
In his address, Prof. Ologunorisa emphasized that academic rigor and discipline are non-negotiable at the university. He urged the students to take their academic journey seriously, adhere to the rules of the institution, and avoid indulgence in social vices. Furthermore, he underscored the university’s role in supporting the students’ academic and personal growth throughout their tenure at OAUSTECH.
With over 2,800 students newly matriculated, the Vice-Chancellor expressed his confidence in the future of these young scholars and their potential to excel.
