JAIZ Bank has announced an increase in the cost of SMS transaction alerts from ₦4 to ₦5.95 per message. The update was communicated to customers via a notification citing a rise in telecommunications service tariffs as the reason for the adjustment.

Please be informed that the cost of SMS transaction alerts has been revised from ₦4 to ₦5.95 per message, effective 1st May 2025, due to an increase in telecom tariffs by service providers across Nigeria.
While the new rate stands at ₦6, JAIZ Bank has consciously set the charge at ₦5.95 as a reflection of our commitment to easing the burden on you, our valued customer.
