Publishers Hail Tunji-Ojo’s Reforms, Leadership at 44
The Association of Independent Newspaper Publishers of Nigeria (AINPN) has commended the Minister of Interior, Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, for his impactful leadership and reform-driven initiatives as he marks his 44th birthday.
In a congratulatory message signed by the association’s Secretary, Dupson Collins, the publishers described Tunji-Ojo, popularly known as BTO, as a visionary leader whose contributions have positively influenced many lives in Ondo State and across the country.
The association praised his performance at the Ministry of Interior, noting that his policies align with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, particularly in strengthening internal security through effective coordination of paramilitary agencies.
According to the statement, Tunji-Ojo’s leadership style, marked by youth empowerment, women inclusion, and community-focused interventions, distinguishes him as a role model for emerging leaders.
The publishers also highlighted ongoing reforms in the passport system, describing them as bold and transformative, with noticeable improvements already earning national recognition.
“History will undoubtedly remember Dr. Tunji-Ojo for his courageous and deliberate efforts to reposition the Ministry of Interior,” the statement noted.
They further offered prayers for continued wisdom, strength, and good health for the minister, expressing pride in his achievements and confidence in his future contributions to national development.
