CP Wilfred Afolabi Celebrates Women’s Day, Commends Female Police Officers in Ondo

The Commissioner of Police (CP), Wilfred Afolabi, psc+, mnips, marked International Women’s Day with a heartfelt tribute to the women of Ondo State, particularly the female officers of the Ondo State Police Command. Acknowledging the vital contributions of women to society, CP Afolabi emphasized the significance of their roles in every sector, urging for increased participation and recognition.

In his message, CP Afolabi lauded the unwavering commitment and resilience of female officers within the command, commending them for their ability to balance the demands of their professional duties with responsibilities at home. He expressed immense pride in their performance, highlighting that none had ever faltered in their roles.

The Commissioner also pledged continued support for the women within the police force, assuring them of opportunities for advancement and recognition. He further encouraged those officers who have not yet reached their full potential to rise up, serve as role models, and inspire other women, both within and beyond the force.
