Thanksgiving: Take Good Care of Your Biological father -Pst E. A. Adeboye
Devil Knows The Through Child of God-
In this July edition of the Redeemed Christian Church God monthly thanksgiving service under the Ministry of Pastor E.A. Adeboye who spoke to the people from the mountain Camel in Ife Wara, in Osun state on the theme :The Heir of God. He Admonished the people to give their life to Jesus Christ in order for them to make heaven. He took his text from the book of Romance 8 vs 14-17 that for as many as led by the spirit of God , they are the sons of God , he used the words to buttressed his message to the congregations .
While speaking, Adeboye said even Devil knows the through sons of God when some fake Christians in the Bible was trying to used the name of Jesus and Apostle Paul to cast out demon from a madman but the madman rebuiked them by saying to them that Jesus I know, Paul I know but who are you? With this , he asked the people to served God in truth and in spirit so that God would not denied them in the last day.
Adeboye who said there are two father’s that could bless the first born. The first one is your Biological father and the second one is Spiritual father. According to him, the first born usually gets the double portion of the inheritance of his Biological father as a ways of respect their parents do reposes on them .
He explained how inheritance could come from God himself .He said children are getting inheritance from their Biological father while the first born would get double in addition to material things, the biological father could also give something to his son in the spiritual realm.
He quoted Genesis 27 vs 1-33 where Isaac blessed Jacob and he told Isau that I have blessed him and he would be surely be blessed. He Admonished the people to take good care of their Biological father because if they bless you , automatically you woul be blessed.
Similarly, Pastor Adeboye explained how his mother’s prayers used to work for him any time he does something special for her and that his mother used to prayed that ‘ You this Boy, anytime you called one person two hundred will answer you. ” He explained that then he didn’t know the meaning of that prayer not until he now become guru in the ministry of God that he is now world wide known Minister of God that if he calls one pastor in a conference at least two hundred would answer him even without mentioning any one.
He said when Isaac blessed Jacob that the final result of it was that in Genesis 30 vs 31-43 Jacob became exceedingly great.
In another development, Adeboye explained that the spiritual father is someone you served whole heartedly of which God has placed him above you and when you requested anything from him, he would do it for you because you have served such person with sincere mind. He gave example of Elisha who served Elijah and Elisha requested for the double portion of anointing of Elijah and he got it because God in heaven has backed it up and started performing miracles like his spiritual father.
