Aiyedatiwa Appoints 32 Permanent Secretaries, Confirms Statistician-General, Auditor-General 

Governor of Ondo State, Dr Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, has approved the confirmation and appointment of 32 officers as Permanent Secretaries in the Ondo State Civil Service, in a move aimed at strengthening public service delivery and administrative efficiency across the state.
The approval, which takes effect from February 1, 2026, also includes the confirmation of Mr Olusola Sunday Ajayi as Statistician-General and Dr Charles Tunde Ojuolape as Auditor-General for Local Governments, subject to clearance by the Ondo State House of Assembly.
Those confirmed and appointed as Permanent Secretaries are: Mrs Tayo Ogundare; Mrs Morayo M. Bayo-Philip; Adeyemi Sule; Mrs Olufunso Tunji-Omoniyi; Olanrewaju Abiodun; Tope Lebile, mni; Stephen R. Aworere; Omotayo Akeju; Olufemi Moyinolorun; Olakunle Ajibade; Mrs Oluwakemi Akinyemi; Bamidele Daisi; Engr. Akinluyi Omotola; Olumide Kinga; Mrs Ope Adetoye; Olusiji Olatunji; Mrs Oluseyi Odusola; Mrs Funke Adelayi; Dr Akindele Ige; Olanrewaju Akarakiri; Dr (Mrs) Abike Ilawole; Tpl. Abimbola Tofowomo; Kolawole B. Kayode; Dr Peter Akingbade; Ayodeji Ogudare; Adeduro Niyi Akinbola; Engr. Ibidapo Ojo; Olusegun Orisabinone; Surv. Idowu A. Owolabi; Adeoye O. Atibioke; Mrs Toyin O. Awotoye; and Ayodeji Ayeku.
According to the state government, the swearing-in ceremony for the newly appointed officers will be held on a date to be announced later.
The approvals were conveyed in a statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan, on February 9, 2026.
