The Vice-Chancellor of OAUSTECH, Prof. Temi Emmanuel Ologunorisa, disclosed this in Okitipupa on Tuesday, saying the funds had been made available for immediate payment to eligible workers.
Ologunorisa commended the Ondo State Governor, Dr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, for approving the release of the funds, describing the development as a demonstration of the government’s commitment to workers’ welfare and tertiary education.

The Vice-Chancellor said the implementation would contribute to industrial harmony and improved staff morale in the university.
He assured workers that the university management would ensure the immediate disbursement of the funds to all beneficiaries, while urging staff to reciprocate the gesture with increased dedication and productivity.
Reacting to the development, the Chairman of ASUU, OAUSTECH Branch, Dr. Toyin Ogunbamike, described the implementation as a welcome development that would boost staff morale.

“We thank His Excellency, Dr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, for keeping to his promise on workers’ welfare. We also appreciate the Vice-Chancellor for his relentless follow-up,” he said.
